The event, held at The Dorchester in London on March 4, recognises the best companies, concepts and individuals in the eating-out and drinking-out sectors.
Now in their 17th year, the awards are organised by industry journal M&C Report. Winners are selected by retailers themselves, based on the votes of a 700-strong bank of senior operators, industry experts and suppliers. They are therefore considered the most accurate reflection of what the market thinks.
