Research & New Business

Sophie joined Piper in 2014 to work with our partner brands in helping them to better understanding who their customer is. She helps design quantitative and qualitative consumer research that allows our brands to answer their key business questions. This insight drives decisions on where to spend their marketing budget, the trends that will influence their product innovation, and where to open new sites using our in-house CACI geo-demographic software.

Alongside this, she manages the diaries of Chris Curry, Yasha Estraikh and Saskia Roberts.
