Dan has over 15 years experience in the consumer sector working with entrepreneurs and management teams to help them build the leading brands in their sectors. He leads on Piper’s deals in the hospitality and beauty sectors. He has led on the sale of Loungers and Justin Craig and investments into Flat Iron, Monica Vinader, Proper Snacks, Neom, Hickory’s Smokehouse and The Thinking Traveller. Alongside this he has led our commitment to ESG over the last five years.
He started his career in consulting at Deloitte before moving into corporate finance at Dresdner Kleinwort. He joined Piper in September 2013 after four years in the consumer team at 3i, where he worked on the acquisition of GO Outdoors and the sale of Giraffe restaurants.
